Luxury Lodge changeover,
No hot tub £270
If your property doesn’t have a hot tub or if you don’t require the hot tub to be emptied and refilled in-between each set of guests, then this package is for you.
Included in this package:
- Thorough, high standard clean to all areas inside the lodge.
Our cleaners are experienced holiday let cleaners, with consistent 5 star reviews for our cleanliness. Not happy with the job they’ve done? We will come back and fix it for free. - Supply of linen and towels.
Based on 2 king-sized beds and 2 single beds. One large and one small towel provided per guest plus bath mats, hand towels, tea towels and oven gloves. - Make the beds.
- Cleaning of outside areas.
Including any outdoor furniture, sweeping or washing the decking area plus wiping down any glass or railings. - Inventory check.
Our team will carefully check the contents of your lodge to check for any breakages or missing items. We can either use your replacements or provide replacement items (at an additional cost). - Top ups.
We will top up any items that you usually provide for guests (toilet roll, bin bags, hand soap, dishwasher tabs etc.). These will need to be provided by yourselves ad stored onsite at the property. We will inform you when your stocks are running low and can purchase replacements for you (at your cost) should you wish. - Final checks.
After our team have finished, we will do one last check of the lodge to ensure that everything is looking perfect for your guests. - Welcome Pack (additional £5)
We can provide a welcome pack for your guests which will contain:
– Pint of milk
– Pack of biscuits
– Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper
– Reusable sponge and reusable cleaning cloth
Multiple properties on the same site? We can offer a multi property discount if your properties are located on the same site and have a change over on the same day.
