
Guest assistance £20 per stay
Do you need someone on hand to answer any guest queries or help them with any problems during their stay?
Our assistance package means we will take the stress of guests away from you.
We will be on hand, virtually, 24/7 throughout your guests. This means they can contact us at any time should they have any questions about the property or surrounding area or if there are any problems or emergencies within your property.
We will give your guests the option to contact us by phone or Whatsapp, meaning we can provide them with clear written instructions and photos to help them with any issues they may have.
If an issue cannot be resolved virtually, we will arrange for one of our team members to visit the property during working hours to help your guests resolve the problem. In person call outs will be at an additional charge of £30 per call out.
If our team cannot solve an issue, or it is serious (like a plumbing leak) we can arrange for an emergency expert to attend the property. Any charges incurred in fixing a major problem will be passed on to yourselves.
